• Generate and print QR codes for easy box labeling.
• Scan QR codes to quickly access box contents.
• Search for stored items and locate which box they are in.

3. Subscription & Pricing

**Q-Archive** is available as a subscription service for **$9.99 per month**.

• Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers.
• Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless canceled.
• No refunds are provided for partial months.
• Users may cancel their subscription at any time, and access will remain available until the end of the billing period.

4. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate information when registering and managing boxes.
• Ensure the security of their account credentials.
• Use the QR code system for personal organizational purposes only.

5. Data Storage & Privacy

6. QR Code Usage

QR codes generated by Q-Archive are intended for **personal use only**. We are **not responsible** for lost or misplaced QR codes or unauthorized access to labeled boxes.

7. Limitations of Liability

SaaS1 (operator of Q-Archive) is **not liable** for:

• Loss of items stored in user-registered boxes.
• Misplacement of QR codes leading to inaccessible data.
• Incorrect or outdated item information input by users.
• Unauthorized access to QR-labeled boxes by third parties.

8. Cancellation & Refund Policy

- Users can cancel their subscriptions at any time. - Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. - Refunds are **not provided** for unused time in the billing period.

9. Changes to Terms

SaaS1 reserves the right to modify these terms. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of Q-Archive after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
